The proces of Self transformation should be slow and constant. Here is an email written in Hinglish (Hindi type English) relating to the progress a soul can take to achieve a victory against maya. My personal experience says that when you do yog, our mind gets bored after sometime. Give your mind a break and do moha and then come to yog. Your attraction towards each other can be understood, but we ask you: Is it everything? Do you have no other aim and purpose in your life? Certainly you will have other important tasks and dreams to fulfill. Here is our response: What is love? First love seems to be everything - as if your whole world is limited to that person you love. Constantly then the face of that person appears before you You get thoughts and you begin to imagine the future with that soul (person) You create imaginations in mind that this will happen. This is actually a desire. Then after marriage, love seems more a physical attraction. Then all above definitions of love does not stay After all, love does not last much long. Should or can I eat Non-vegetarian food? Is is ok if this is necessary for well functioning of the body and doctor has recommended non-veg for health purpose? Please clarify - Here is our response and guidance Original Email Received in Feb 2019 Om shanti I am a Brahma Kumari since 4 years living with my parents, my age is 27 years. Lately I am diagnosed with severe osteoporosis (T score -3.9) and have many bodyparts pains. I am vegetarian since my birth but doctor says if I dont eat non-veg my condition will worsen. ShivBaba says not to eat animals, as this is a cause of violence. To do my job, I need to be able to walk. I have two options : Either I go for non veg diet for some months and save my fracture risks or I go by vegitarian diet living with some pain and asking baba in meditation to boost my recovery. It is definitely Baba's shrimat - non-violence. IN this one word 'non-violence' much is covered. violence are of 2 types - 1. violence by hands and legs 2. violence by sex organs Both violence are sin. So it is remembered that our original dharma (nature) is of non-violence. Morever if one eats animals, how would their intellect become? You can see how the intellects are of today's world. Only animals have right to kill and eat other animals. It is not even that those who are non-veg are bad souls. No. Their dharma is different. But the dharma (Sanatan - Devi Devta) which God Shiv comes and establishes does not permit even being the cause of a sin (Meaning: Those who kll animals, does so because there are those who eat them. So those who eats beomes a cause of death of those animals.) See how today's souls advice is and see what is the advice of the Supreme soul (God). There is so much difference. If you walk on the path shown by a physical doctor, you MAY attain good body for 1 life. But if you hear the words of the Supreme doctor, the you will definitely attain 100% pure and healthy body for many many births.. If Non-veg good for Body? Do you know that the food carries vibrations. The vibrations are then connected with the soul. There is also a saying that ''We are what we eat''. Our body is made of 5 elements of nature (earth, water, fire, air and space). The food given to us by mother nature (fruits, vegetables) are meant to sustain us. This is good and pure intake of food for well being of both - the body and the Soul. Naturally grown fruits are recommended by all doctors. In fact the reason behind considering non-veg as a food, is that human beings have believed themself to be a form of animal who can think and create, one who got mind. We have forgotten the original self - the Soul, that I am a tiny point of spiritual light. Seeing ourself as a body and not knowing the origin, we started comparing ourself with animals. Thus started killing other animals to fill stomach or to earn money from their skin. This is not right. * Conclusion * This all discussion was merely to give light to the fact that how human being has fall down due to not knowing the self as a Soul. In this all, we considered killing and eating animals as ok. As explained, vegetarian food is good for well being of both the soul and body. Ofcourse baba will not stop you from doing what is needed for your legs to work, so that you can work (job) and earn for yourself and family. If this is the reason behind eating non-veg and if you are 100% sure about that your body can improve and if you would bear the taste of that non-veg, then it is ok to eat. God is so great to permit this. See that about 70% of world have non-veg as a food. The extent of daily diet is however to be taken care. Only eat for once a day. There is no sin in eating non-veg, but it is necessay for you to know why Baba gives divine understandings behind this. Because ''food creates emotions. Emotions creates thought. Dear brother, I'm confused about everything. As my memory I was keeping myself under fear, doubt,strain always.. I was not sure what to do or not. "Main points of the new knowledge received from the Bestower of Knowledge" 1) What are the main points of knowledge that we human souls have to keep in our intellects, to which we have to pay a lot of attention? First of all, we have to have the firm faith of who is it that is teaching us. 2) All of us are human souls and the Supreme Soul is our Father. We souls, the children, are separate from the Supreme Soul, the Father. 3) God is not unending. God is not omnipresent. We have to keep this knowledge in our intellects and this is why our knowledge is different from others'. Although worldly people think that they have God’s knowledge, when you ask them what knowledge it is that they have, they would say that God is omnipresent. God says: You can only receive My knowledge from Me, just as you receive knowledge to become a barrister from a barrister and knowledge to become a doctor from a doctor. There are many barristers there and if you cannot study with one, you can study with another. If one doctor cannot teach you, another doctor will. However, apart from one God, no human being, whether he is a saint or a great soul, can teach this Godly knowledge. So how could we believe that they have God's knowledge in them? 4) God does not come here in every age, but instead, God only comes once in the cycle at the confluence age, that is, at the confluence of the end of the iron age and the beginning of the golden age. He comes and destroys irreligiousness and establishes the one original eternal religion of truth. How can people say that God comes in every age? They even say that the God of the Gita is Shri Krishna and that He came in the copper age. All of these things have to be proved. The God of the Gita is not Shri Krishna, it is Shiva, the Supreme Soul, and He does not come in the copper age. He comes at the confluence age. 5) It is said: There is extreme darkness without a guru. Which guru is that? How is the human world tree inverted and how are we to conquer our five vices? 6) We are those same Pandav warriors who had God personally with them and they had victory on their side. 7) God Himself is the Almighty Authority and those who have taken full company of the Supreme Soul receive both the crowns of light and might from God. To keep all of these things in your intellect is said to be knowledge. 2. What is the basis of becoming fortunate and unfortunate? What is the basis of the two words - being unfortunate and fortunate? We know that it is God who gives us the fortune of happiness and human beings themselves who make themselves unfortunate. When all human beings are completely happy, it is said that they have good fortune and when people call themselves unhappy, they consider themselves to be unfortunate. We cannot say that we receive fortune or misfortune from God; no. It is foolishness to think this way. God gives us the fortune of happiness, but to create your fortune or to spoil your fortune is based on your karma. All of this depends on the sanskars of human beings. As you develop the sanskars of sin and charity, so your fortune is created, but because of not knowing this secret, people blame God for everything. People have invented so many different ways of Maya to keep themselves happy, and then some consider themselves to be happy with that same Maya, and others renounce that same Maya. Then, because of renouncing that Maya, they consider themselves to be happy. They are trying so many different ways to remain happy, but even after they have invented so many different ways, the result goes towards sorrow. When there is extreme sorrow in the world, God comes at that time in an incognito form and establishes the divine world, God gives all human souls, with the power of yoga, the fortune of happiness.
