As you yourself said that you practice positive Swamaan (affirmations) and having positive thoughts. By doing this, you have challenged maya. You know, that present world is conquered by maya. Who is this maya? What is it? Answer: Maya is your own 5 vices that are deep hidden and are emerged with time to time. You must understand this - When you come across some situation, then your sanskar lets say anger suddenly is emerged. So what is happening here? Actually, this is a signal that you have not yet conquered the anger. So a wise soul like you should immediately do Purusharth to end this weakness. Which is the weakness of soul? Answer: Body consciousness is the weakness. When we look our self or think ourself as a body, then vices are emerged. Now, when people spread such messages on the name of Supreme God, do you think it is realistic for ordinary people like us to believe in the authenticity of knowledge! If you could suggest me some points to get out of this dilemma and the ways to experience Paramatma's love and power, it will be very helpful for me. Also, how to check if the guidance I get from meditation is truly Paramatma's or it's just an illusion! Original Question: Respected sir/madam, I just wanted to know is it possible that sister Shivani takes few days classes for the teachers to inculcate the values important for us to have in order to induce them into our students n any one we meet naturally. I feel we teachers are the one profession whose foundation should b the strongest. The teachers are losing the essence of teaching due to multiple factors. We are no longer the GURUS in true terms, it has sadly become a crude business n the young citizens of India HV become very vulnerable to all the negatives things. We can HV workshop for teachers/management. Kindly guide if we want such program to happen in our school what are the arrangements we HV to do. It is true that both teacher and its students are not worth today to compare them to those who were in our own Bharat (India) before few hundred years. Even if you go back 100 years only, the Guru were considered idol for life by students.  But today's teachers are in no way a Guru and nor the students are Shisya . This is a world drama as we teach in our 7 days Raja Yog course. Change happens in world. Even before 100 years, there was much value in society - everyone use to worshio God in many forms.  Teachers can learn the ancient teachnique of Raja Yog which is known as highest meditation also known in foreign countries. Through this Yog or meditation, one can achieve a self mastery - Self is soul and mastery on organs (mind and body). Teachers also should NEVER do anger with students. If students misbehave, then the teacher should become DETACHED and just observe the inner self. Should not react. If you react, they will react. So become detached and smile. They will soon calm down. This is best way. There is values that teacher can bring in all his students. Values first the teacher should possess. Original Question: My parents love my brother(We are 3 sisters and 1 brother) . They don't want any of us girls to go ahead of him. Mom calls and visits me even though we live in different countries. The fact that she wants my brother to be ahead of us and at the same time she wants to keep contact with me makes me sooo mad. I know shes my mom but she says things that make me so angry like girls should not be money minded and says the opposite to my brother. How do I deal with her? I want to cut off completely. Our Response: TO: Pratichi (and everyone reading) Dear Sister Your message was received. In actuality, there is no problem here. Your mother is doing her responsibility to praise the goodness in their children. She wants you not to become money minded, because of a good reason, isn't it? Is money mindedness good? So it is not to worry - a relationship of parent and child (especially with mother) isvery very noble. Mother always tries best for children. Yes ther may be a sense of favoritism for the son, because she have only 1 son compare to 3 daugthers.. But love is love.. one cannot say that my mother doesn't love me..but today's children are moving away from truth. Instead one should always think with a peace of mind.. Do not hurry taking decisions . Calm the mind. Mind is the best friend and the best enemy.. So train the mind and make it yours. Use the mind to feel happy. Sometimes there is nothing outside and we create imaginations with the brain. We also feel then that the imagination is the truth. So be careful. Just be free in mind.
