Should or can I eat Non-vegetarian food? Is is ok if this is necessary for well functioning of the body and doctor has recommended non-veg for health purpose? Lately I am diagnosed with severe osteoporosis (T score -3.9) and have many bodyparts pains. I am vegetarian since my birth but doctor says if I dont eat non-veg my condition will worsen. ShivBaba says not to eat animals, as this is a cause of violence. To do my job, I need to be able to walk. I have two options : Either I go for non veg diet for some months and save my fracture risks or I go by vegitarian diet living with some pain and asking baba in meditation to boost my recovery. Only animals have right to kill and eat other animals. It is not even that those who are non-veg are bad souls. No. Their dharma is different. But the dharma (Sanatan - Devi Devta) which God Shiv comes and establishes does not permit even being the cause of a sin (Meaning: Those who kll animals, does so because there are those who eat them. So those who eats beomes a cause of death of those animals.) See how today's souls advice is and see what is the advice of the Supreme soul (God). There is so much difference. If you walk on the path shown by a physical doctor, you MAY attain good body for 1 life. But if you hear the words of the Supreme doctor, the you will definitely attain 100% pure and healthy body for many many births.. If Non-veg good for Body? Do you know that the food carries vibrations. The vibrations are then connected with the soul. There is also a saying that ''We are what we eat''. Our body is made of 5 elements of nature (earth, water, fire, air and space). The food given to us by mother nature (fruits, vegetables) are meant to sustain us. In fact the reason behind considering non-veg as a food, is that human beings have believed themself to be a form of animal who can think and create, one who got mind. We have forgotten the original self - the Soul, that I am a tiny point of spiritual light. Seeing ourself as a body and not knowing the origin, we started comparing ourself with animals. Thus started killing other animals to fill stomach or to earn money from their skin. This is not right. * Conclusion * This all discussion was merely to give light to the fact that how human being has fall down due to not knowing the self as a Soul. In this all, we considered killing and eating animals as ok. As explained, vegetarian food is good for well being of both the soul and body. Ofcourse baba will not stop you from doing what is needed for your legs to work, so that you can work (job) and earn for yourself and family. If this is the reason behind eating non-veg and if you are 100% sure about that your body can improve and if you would bear the taste of that non-veg, then it is ok to eat. God is so great to permit this. See that about 70% of world have non-veg as a food. The extent of daily diet is however to be taken care. Only eat for once a day. There is no sin in eating non-veg, but it is necessay for you to know why Baba gives divine understandings behind this. Because ''food creates emotions. Emotions creates thought.
