There are many concepts about difference between Yog and Yoga, the application of Raja Yog (Yog means connection or a relationship). Hence Raja Yog meaning: A connection and relation with the Self first and then with the Supreme soul. This way, one will have a direct intellectual relation with the supreme and his all Karma (actions) will be pure and in accordance with the God. This is RajYog or said Raja Yog meditation.
